Hi, Here is a new run of the first half of the series. No significant changes to the second half.
Notable changes: * CONFIG_VAAPI depends on libva having surface attribute support (libva >= 1.3.0). * Deprecates AV_PIX_FMT_VAAPI_*, adds AV_PIX_FMT_VAAPI covering all of them (with the same value as AV_PIX_FMT_VAAPI_VLD). * valid_hw_formats added to AVHWFramesConstraints (and used to replace the naughty internal reference in hwupload). * Hacky passthrough code in hwdownload removed.
