Installed avconv and libavcodec-extra-*, and followed this example as set
out in the documentation:
avconv -i /tmp/a.wav -ar 22050 /tmp/a.mp2
mine was: avconv -i drmapan.wav -ar 22050 test.mp3
I got this error:

Why did this simple example not work?
