Hey,In case that would be useful to anyone, i put together a few scripts to cross-compile libav and a bunch of libraries on Linux (tested on Ubuntu 15.10 and 16.04) targeting Windows (both 32 and 64 bits). You end up with a unique setup.exe installation program.
