I do not know why some warnings are treated as errors. I added flag -disable-werror but still the same. I will wait for update of that patch. For now I managed to build FFMPEG2.4 + aac_quality_improvment.patch. At least that problem with pulsing noice is fixed by that patch. Thanks for help!
