Hello,
Is there a way to extract an H263 frame's DCT, in the complete form(as in
before the IDCT operation) and not in coefficients form ?
I know I can just reapply the DCT operation on my frame coefficients but my
goal is to skip the IDCT operation entirely to avoid doing useless calculations.
