Hi Jarek, i used live555 successfully to receive a mpeg4 rtsp stream and i decoded it with libavcodec. I think this is the powerfully solution, i mean that live555 offers you all the support you need and you have to change only a few lines of code to obtain what you want. Francesco Pellegrino
