You mean you receive the packets for those frames in that order?  It is  
the correct order for the decoder, because the P frame must be decoded  
before the B frames. (even though the B frames are returned from the  
decoder first)

As mentioned in several recent posts to this list, the packets are  
delivered to the decoder in DTS order, and the decoder returns frames in  
PTS order.
