hi, I'm new to the ffmpeg world and I have a question about the license used for swscale, when I initially compile the ffmpeg libraries, I do not enable and GPL features so I should only get LGPL features, however in many of the notes I've read, swscale is a GPL feature, when I look at swscale.h it indicates that this interface is LGPL however when I look at swscale.c is says it is GPL. Can anyone please clear up for me whether the swscale library is considered LGPL or GPL
