I have tried the procedure explained in FAQ section regarding joining of two videos. It works fine. But I am looking into how to reduce the overall time from start to finish.
For example there are two flv files that need to be joined, we need to get them to mpeg format and then concatenate them using "cat" command and then convert it back to flv. I am not worried about the time that it takes to convert the original files to mpeg. Is there anyway to optimize further converting the concatenated file to the required format ? Any pointers you can give me in this regard will help a great deal.
