Maybe configuring the two stremers in the same way would help ;-)
libavformat's SDP is using mpeg4 video, VLC's one is using H.264.
Moreover, libavformat's SDP seems to contain only the video track.
And, finally, where is the "a=3GPP-Adaptation-Support:1" line coming
from?
