Just wondering, what is the correct comibination of avcodec_allocate_frame(), avpicture_fill(), and avpicture_copy() that will do a deep copy of an AVFrame and return a pointer to the new frame?? Also... is there some similar method that can be used to extract top and bottom fields from a yuv 4:2:0 format frame ? Any tips appreciated...
