Hi, i try to use libavcodec to encode video in which i have insert a logo (position and size are aligned to MacroBlock Boundary and there is no temporal varaition of the position). All work fine, but i would like tune my codec setting in order to encode the static area of the video video "macroblock skip" mode as a "prefered mode" because some time encoder lost some bit in encoding interpolate macrobloc in the static area of the video
I have take a look at the AVCodecContext struct but there is lot's of parameters, and i don't known which subset of them could be useful to tune MPEG2 encoder behavior ! All advice will be welcome.
