According to License readme file found; if you don't include

<quote>
- libpostproc
- some x86 optimizations in libswscale
- optional x86 optimizations in the files
  libavcodec/x86/h264_deblock_sse2.asm
  libavcodec/x86/h264_idct_sse2.asm
  libavcodec/x86/idct_mmx.c
- the X11 grabber in libavdevice/x11grab.c
</quote>

you fall under the lpgl. Dll derivation under the lpgl is allowed
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GNU_Lesser_General_Public_License#Choosing_to_
license_a_library_under_the_GPL_or_the_LGPL)

Correct me if I am wrong?
