Hi guys I am trying to write a program where base on the bandwidth that my program detects I want to be able to adjust the bitrate of the output video on the fly. Currently I am planning to use mpeg4 as my encoder and I tried to look at the source code I am having trouble making heads or tails of the code. Can someone give a hint on how I might go about doing that? I don't mind even I have to make modifications to the ffmpeg code to make that happen, but having a starting point would be nice. Also would you guys recommend any kind of reading material that might help me make sense of the code in ffmpeg's mpeg4 encoder? Thanks
