Hello anyone My name is Uri Goldenberg and I make a university project In Ben Gurion university for Dalet company. In my project we need to convert between the following video formats mp4,mxf and non interleave files(DV\AIFF).
I want to know weather I can convert from each format to each format without decoding and encoding only moving data. If I can do that. Is there a reference I can use to solve my problem.
