I've downloaded the source via git (from the 19th Feb)
ran the configure with --enable-filters
the output from configure shows that my filter is seen (I added it to
allfilters.c and the Makefile)
I build ffmpeg
however none of the filters have compiled (there are no .o files in
the libavfilters directory)
running ffmpeg with the -filters option shows no filters:
% ./ffmpeg -filters

built on Feb 24 2010 07:11:59 with gcc 4.0.1 (Apple Inc. build 5488)
configuration: --enable-filters

What is the official way of building filters with ffmpeg?
