Hi Ronald, any way, i want to say you, i wrote a small code using
libav*, to get and save 5 streams mpeg4, from IP camera (pansonic),
(using threads and http protocol), This code, is running alive 14 days
(work very well, and running yet). and made other test with that code,
but using 10 diferent process (fork), to get and save mpeg4 from sony
ip camera, and this was running for ten days (work well too), So i
guess the libva* libraries  get streams from ip cameras in http
protocol, work very well.
