HiIm not sure this is the best place to ask this but... I noticed that FFMpeg now supports TrueSpeech decoding however I cannot see any TrueSpeech encoder. Assuming this is not implemented can someone please suggest a method of encoding PCM data to TrueSpeech? Either using or not using Libav*.
