I am using FFmpeg to encode H.263 frame which I am then sending over RTP. I am
able to use Mode A of RFC 2190 for packetizaton by searching for the 17 bit GOB
start code for fragmentation.

But I am not sure how to divide the GOB into further fragments for Mode B of
RFC 2190. I know that the number of MB's per GOB is fixed based on the video
size (QCIF, CIF etc) but given an H.263 frame from the FFmpeg encoder how do I
identify the boundary for the macroblocks inside of a GOB?

Any help in this regards would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Deep
