Hi,
I've been using FFMPEG to stream and encode a webcam stream to H264
and then rtp this to another client. I'd been using a build from last
August and decided to update to one from 8th July. I now find that when
I send the video data it results in a very blocky image and is much
slower than the previous version. Is there something obvious I am
missing? Can people confirm that this build is stable or recommend a
stable version? I assume that I may have missed some parameters and I am
looking t that now, but any other advice would be greatly appreciated.
