What I am trying to do is be able to transcode on the fly a given media
source using ffmpeg to an mp4 and stream it to Android based phone while the
transcoding is in progress. For this to happen and the Android player to
start playing I need the moov atom on start from the beginning of the
transcode. Can this be achieved ?
