Hello I use libav* libraries build on MinGW into dll/lib files fromy my Visual C++ project. I encode video frames with H264 and stream them to VLC using RTP. The problem is poor video quality although encoding CPU performance is correct and CPU usage is low (~9% of CPU), video size is 800x600x24bpp, FPS ia around 30. Below is the link to video describing the problem. On the left there is the original video being streamed, on the right you can see the VLC playing the RTP stream. What can be the problem? I suppose I set the H264 encoding parameter wrong - maybe some hints?
