Hi Ronald, Thanks for your quick reply, I tried your suggestion ffmpeg -i input.aac -acodec copy -flags global_header -y input.mp4
but it didn't work. Also the mp4 with the AAC headers doesn't play & mp4 without AAC headers are getting played in quicktime players. Waiting for some more suggestions. As you say below, one has a global header, one doesn't.
