Yes. What you have to do is comply with the LGPL, i.e. distribute source in some way (e.g. by providing the FFmpeg source used in your application as a source download on the same website), acknowledge the use of FFmpeg in your installer/EULA and about dialog, and a few more. But you don't need to pay us as long as you comply with all requirements in that checklist.
