Hi, I am having problems getting av_seek_frame to see backwards along my audio stream. The data is mp3-encoded audio (no video) streamed over http. If I seek forward, using:
av_seek_frame(fc, -1, timestamp, AVSEEK_FLAGS_ANY); the stream shifts forward to the proper time and continues playback. But if I have a timestamp earlier in the track, and call: av_seek_frame(fc, -1, timestamp, AVSEEK_FLAGS_ANY | AVSEEK_FLAGS_BACKWARD); I get a result of -1, and no seeking happens. Even worse, once I try to seek backwards for the first time, I can no longer seek forward anymore, either. My novice attempt to read through the code seems to indicate that ffmpeg can't find the timestamp in question, but I'm not sure why that would be, or what I can do to fix it. Thanks for any help, --Mike _______________________________________________ libav-user mailing list [email protected] https://lists.mplayerhq.hu/mailman/listinfo/libav-user
