For this no easy solution either. The best thing to do is watch the timestamps, 
and dedect them yourself. Ffmpeg.c has some code for it, but its patchy and 
doesn't work well.

With bluray now, I do suspect someone will lookinto it, since the clip mpts 
setup from blueray doesn't define that  timestamps should be monontone (ege 2 
clips can share be cated together, and have a pts timestamp jump)
