Many thanks Uli!

I have changed <ycbcrmode> from shader to mesa, and it works now very well! ;)

Best,
Zviad

Ok - what happens when you run make check? I assume some tests fail? Please post the output if so.

Since you have an ATI video driver and I can't check if everything runs there, try changing the <ycbcrmode> parameter in /etc/avgrc. Possible values: shader, mesa or none.

Uli,

here are snapshots of video played with ffplay. I understand, the stuff about perfect playing, but at least viewable :)

Hi,

can you try to play back the video using ffplay or another libavcodec-based application? I'd like to know if this is a libavg bug or one in libavcodec.

Still, no application will play back all video formats perfectly, so recoding it to a different format might be the best solution.

Cheers,
