It seems like development on libbluray has mostly stalled, but figured
I'd point out an unimplemented requirement for at least one set of
newer uhd blurays
when one tries to play the seinfeld UHD release, it shows the menu
background, but doesn't show any graphics. it also logs a lot of
unimplemented errors that probably relate to that
after a little grep / sort / uniq magic
