I tried the pulse backend for libcanberra but that's just blocking for me now it seems to be stuck on a poll.. I can get an strace but my machine crashed (unrelated DRM kernel bug) while I was playing and I just went back to alsa. Give me a shout on IRC when you are back from the states and I can see if I can extract further debugging from it. Still getting occasional segfaults from canberra (or pulse alsa plugin) too but you already know about them :) Col -- Colin Guthrie gmane(at)colin.guthr.ie http://colin.guthr.ie/ Day Job: Tribalogic Limited [http://www.tribalogic.net/] Open Source: Mandriva Linux Contributor [http://www.mandriva.com/] PulseAudio Hacker [http://www.pulseaudio.org/] Trac Hacker [http://trac.edgewall.org/] _______________________________________________ libcanberra-discuss mailing list [email protected] https://tango.0pointer.de/mailman/listinfo/libcanberra-discuss
