So i have to start from a vanilla FreeBSD and act according to the instructions in README.libcdio which prescribes: "BSD --- Unless you use --without-versioned-libs (not recommended), you need to use GNU make which usually can be found under the name "gmake". If you use another make you are likely to get problems linking libcdio and libiso9660. " If libcdio testing depends on remake, shouldn't it then actually enforce this ? How about including a copy of remake in libcdio and build it before libcdio gets built by the resulting remake ? (Not necessarily with this release, as it is not a show stopper.) Apart from this issue, it seems that libcdio is ripe for release on the tested operating systems. Have a nice day :) Thomas
