api for geting all variables of given controller + cgget fixes
The patchset:
* (fixed balbair comment) adds api for generating the sequence of all
variabes of given controller (patch 1) and test file for this api (patch 2)
* (fixed balbair comment) the api is used to add to cgget command the
possibility to display the values of all variables of given controller (patch
3) or to output all variables of all controllers for given cgroup (patch 4)
* (NEW PATCH) fix cgget problems display content of stat variables
proper - show all statistic and indent the lines (patch 5)
