A driver for gandi.net IAAS service is ready to work. Have been tested with
latest release of libcloud git repository.
All methods work, except new pricing module. But list_sizes answer dynamically
switch availables resources purchased by a customer.
2 locations are available, one in Paris France, another in Baltimore USA.
