This might be related to the fact that the mysql and pgsql drivers had 
been part of libdbi until approx. version 0.6.7. I had started a 
separate libdbi-drivers project back then with the consent of the libdbi 
maintainers. When they stopped developing libdbi actively, they donated 
the drivers to libdbi-drivers.
