Hi Markus,
You will have noticed the debian repository problems caused by a build
problem generating incorrect Packages.gz files. The libdbi repository
was also affected. I've dropped a corrected repository in refdb's
sourceforge website root directory. The url is
http://refdb.sourceforge.net/libdbi-repository.tar.gz
