I am testing from Beijing.

The definition of `throttling' for greatfire.org is somewhat arbitrary as they
say themselves [0]:

> 1. When accessed from the US, the download speed is at least 10 kilobytes per
> second, and 2. When accessed from China, the download speed is less than 5
> kilobytes per second

So I would not take this as evidence that China is blocking your web site.
