As some on this list know, I worked with 85+ people to develop a pattern
language for civic engagement which is online
(http://www.publicsphereproject.org/patterns/LV) and was published as a book in
2008. (The buttons to scroll through the 136 patterns are at the bottom of
the pages)

We’ve now developing a set of cards based on our patterns that are (or can be)
licensed as CC by SA 3.0 (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/) which
does allow for commercial use. This would allow anybody to work with the cards
and do pretty much whatever they wanted with them.

The trouble is that it can be VERY difficult to find relevant images that are
licensed this way. There are about 20 patterns remaining out of the136 patterns
in the book. (I'm not quite at my wit's end — but close!)

I’ve enclosed the names below of the patterns for whom finding images has been
particularly difficult hoping that some of you can help me out.

So — if you have any suggestions for specific images or any ideas where I could
look for suitable images or whom I should talk to, I’d love to hear them. And
if you have any questions about the project, please ask away!

Thank you!! Thank you!! Thank you!! Thank you!! Thank you!!
Thank you!!

51. Truth and Reconciliation Commissions.
