As Hermes Center we would be very pleased to participate as a "partner"
by bringing some specific knowledge and experience on leveraging
whistleblowing practices to improve "situational awareness" subject of
the tender.

If on the libtech list there's some major organization participating as
a "lead", we would be happy to propose and discuss our support for
active participation.
