It will enable journalists, NGOs and individuals to easily create a custom version of the write-only Mobile Martus documentation app. Those creating the app will choose the settings (e.g. identify who receives the reports from mobile app users; define which server will be used; design the data collection/reporting template; define whether the app will require Tor for sending; etc.) so that those using the app will have to configure nothing--just install the app and begin documenting.
