Henry Corrigan-Gibbs will review the history of Diffie-Hellman key exchange and how the NSA fought to keep the authors from publishing. He will give a bit of information that was not in his Stanford Magazine article on the topic. He will also briefly give an academic's perspective on cryptocurrencies.
