Dear all, The Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL) has released its Internet Freedom Annual Program Statement, requesting applications for programs that support Internet freedom. There are two deadlines to submit statement of interest applications to this solicitation - September 4, 2015 and February 1, 2016.
