EDITORIAL MATTERS
Our Publisher, Mr. L. Neil Smith reports that his DSL modem blew up
and he will be "off the air" until a new one arrives in the snail-
mail. Which is an ironic counterpoint to his article this issue on
attempts to censor / control / regulate the 'net. Why are there so
many fookin' idiots in the world? And why do they seem to be
"running" things? I mean, it's just amazin'.
