That would be interesting.  Two separate practices (both FP) closed here
within the past month in anticipation of the medicare cuts.  Both were well
established with older docs.  These doc's patients had aged with them and
they found themselves with a patient load of almost exclusively medicare.
They could no longer afford to practice.
