Rocky has agreed to handle the finances, Jule and I can handle the logistics of moving the tools to the gulf coast. Once we are at the gulf coast we can begin salvage operations on the boats and ships that will become our island. Time is of the essence if we are to get these vessels before the insurance companies cut them up and ship them to China.
