I have not updated the binary download for a while since it is now easy to build libftdi under MSYS2. https://sourceforge.net/projects/picusb/files/?source=navbar The downloads are outdated and it is better you build libftdi by yourself to suit your needs -- eg, 64bit Python bindings which is usable by your Python version.
