No. For right now, you have to install libguestfs-winsupport **somewhere** so
you can grab the necessary files.
You need to grab the files from *virt-v2v* on RHEL, not
libguestfs-winsupport. libguestfs-winsupport really has nothing to do
with anything on Fedora :)
