I am pleased to announce the release of 1.2.0b3.

API Change
------------------
- LASHeader::GetProj4 and LASHeader::SetProj4 in the C++ API and
LASHeader_GetProj4 and LASHeader_SetProj4 in the C API have been
removed since the libLAS 1.0 release. You code may have to be updated
to reflect this change.
1.0.0 final should be released next week some time.
