I am pleased to announce the release of libLAS 1.2.0. libLAS 1.2.0 is
the culmination of two months of effort to bring ASPRS LAS 1.2 support
to libLAS, as well as significantly improvement of the spatial
reference system description and operation.
Issues addressed in this release since 1.2.0b3:

API Change
------------------
- LASHeader::GetProj4 and LASHeader::SetProj4 in the C++ API and
LASHeader_GetProj4 and LASHeader_SetProj4 in the C API have been
removed since the libLAS 1.0 release. Your code may have to be
updated to reflect this change.
