I ensured I built the libGeoTiff with a 64bit compiler (and removed the
OSGeo4W libGeoTiff) and the same error happened. I also searched all over
and was unable to find anything in a makefile or option file specifying a
64bit install. I will follow up on the libGeoTiff and see if they have any
information. I appreciate your help!
