Hi All, I was using the las2tin.exe application, to get the first only and last only points' tin
for example: las2tin -i a.las -o a-last.txt -last_only extra pass reading 4599654 points to determine which we keep ... eliminated based on last returns only: 295681 reading 4599654 points and triangulating 4303973 points outputting the triangles ... next time for first only las2tin -i a.las -o a-first.txt -first_only extra pass reading 4599654 points to determine which we keep ... eliminated based on first returns only: 294030 reading 4599654 points and triangulating 4305624 points outputting the triangles ... ================================================== In the last only case: 4303973 points triangulated In the first only case: 4305624 points triangulated Total I have: 4599654 points Does this mean that some of the points are considered to be both first and last? I would be happy if someone could shed some light into this... Thanks, Beka
