Please subscribe to the liblas-devel list before posting. Somebody other than any existing libLAS developers is going to have to want it bad enough to get libLAS building and working on a MinGW environment.

We try to be careful to use #ifdef _MSC_VER instead of #ifdef WIN32, but there still may be cases throughout the code.
